Integration with Ticketmatic & UiTdatabank
CC Belgica collaborates with Ticketmatic for its ticket sales. Inventis ensured that the website communicates seamlessly with Ticketmatic so that event-related information is always accurate and duplicate work is kept to a minimum.
Upon the announcement of a new event, the event data is automatically forwarded to the UiTdatabank, the central repository for leisure offerings in Flanders. This automation simplifies operations for the staff of CC Belgica.
Mailchimp integration
Email is an important communication channel for a cultural center, and that also applies to CC Belgica. Inventis helped the staff at CC Belgica develop a customer-oriented email strategy so that everyone receives the right emails at the right time.
School forms
CC Belgica also has a wide range of offerings for schools. Schools can register for one or more performances via a custom-made form. To ensure fair registration, CC Belgica can determine the time at which schools can submit the form. All registrations are sent to a central contact, always including all necessary information in a clear reservation email.
