The client's world
Moestik is a Belgian manufacturer and installation company specialising in made-to-measure fly screens and screen doors. Every step of the process is handled in-house: measurements are taken on-site, products are manufactured in their own 1,200 m² workshop in Houthalen, and installations are carried out by their own teams. No middlemen. No outsourcing.
The model works. Customers value the short lead times, on-site expertise, and 10-year warranty on every product. Since 2018, Moestik has built a growing customer base across Limburg, Antwerp, Flemish Brabant, Walloon Brabant, East Flanders, and West Flanders.
But that geographical reach also brings operational complexity. Every project consists of multiple stages—measurement, production, installation, and aftercare—with each stage requiring a visit to the customer's home. With installers working from their own regions and dozens of projects progressing simultaneously, planning became a discipline in itself.
What no longer worked
Planning was managed in Teamleader: searching through deals, checking addresses, and manually determining which jobs could be combined geographically based on the available installers.
It was a repetitive process that had to be carried out every single day.
There was no visual overview. Creating a schedule meant opening deals one by one to understand where each project was located and which stage it had reached. Which installer lived closest to which job? Which projects could logically be grouped into the same route? The same questions had to be answered every morning, without a quick or intuitive way to do so.
As the number of projects increased, so did the time spent on planning. Not because the organisation was inefficient, but because it was growing successfully: more customers, more regions, and more projects running in parallel.

An interactive map directly connected to Teamleader
Inventis developed a custom web application that visualises all active Moestik deals in real time on an interactive Google Maps interface. Thanks to the Teamleader integration, every new deal, status update, or project change is automatically reflected on the map. No manual input, no delays, and no duplicate work.
Every project stage at a glance
Moestik's four project stages (measurement, production, installation, and aftercare) each have their own colour and visual marker on the map. One glance is enough to see how many projects are active, where they are located, and exactly which stage each project is in. What used to require multiple clicks is now instantly visible.
Smarter planning based on location
The home locations of Moestik's installers are disEplayed alongside all active projects. This makes it easy to determine which installer is best suited for each job based on geography, reducing travel time, improving efficiency, and minimising unnecessary kilometres on the road.

All deal information instantly available
Clicking on a location gives you access to all relevant information: customer details, project status, custom fields such as material selections or specific requirements, and a direct link to the corresponding deal in Teamleader. No extra screens. No switching between systems.
Banner management integrated
Moestik also manages the installation and removal of advertising banners at external locations. These locations are shown on the same map, allowing this logistical workflow to be planned alongside all other projects in one unified environment.
Built to scale
To avoid unnecessary Google Maps API costs, previously geocoded addresses are cached, while incomplete addresses are filtered out before triggering a geocoding request. The result is a solution that is fast, reliable, and becomes more cost-efficient as the number of projects grows.
The result
The implementation was completed in less than two weeks. That wasn't by chance. Thanks to the expertise Inventis has built over the years through similar projects, we can deliver tailored solutions quickly, without making customers wait weeks for a working system.
The impact on Moestik's planning department was immediate. Scheduling now happens in real time. Whether an installer becomes unavailable, a job is rescheduled, or a new site measurement needs to be planned, every change appears instantly on the map and is immediately reflected across the rest of the team. No phone calls. No manual updates.
The visualization works on every screen. Whether it's a desktop in the office or a tablet in the field, the map is always available and always up to date.
The result: the investment in this project paid for itself in less than two months.
